1 – ASSESSMENT: Please call us to discuss your needs, and then our team will attend your property and assess it to the same standards as the Local Authority. The initial fee of £60 for this assessment will be deducted from your final bill if you decide to go ahead with the application.
2 – APPLICATION: We carry out the full licence application on your behalf, advising on any necessary upgrades required to make your property safe and compliant.
3 – UPGRADING YOUR PROPERTY: Our experienced maintenance team will carry out the required upgrades, this includes (but not exclusively) fitting the suitable hard-wired fire alarm system, installing fire doors (if not there yet) fitted with the required thumb-locks and soft door closers.
4 – SIGNING OFF: We liaise with the Local Authority throughout the entire process, ensuring that your property licensing experience is as hassle-free as possible.
