Should you require assistance to get any HMO-related works done, we have a vast experience in professional HMO installations and upgrades.

– FD30 and FD60 fire door installations, with all fittings which include 102 mm fire hinges, intumescent strips, overhead soft door closers and locks if required. Should you already have fire doors, but without the necessary fittings, we are able to upgrade your door to the required standard.
– Fire alarm system installations compliant with BS 5839 pt 6 regulations where the national mandatory HMO license is required for 5+ tenants.
– Fire alarm system installations are compliant with regulations where the local additional HMO license is required for 3-4 tenants.
– Various fireproofing to comply with fire safety standards, for example, fire proofing under stairs cupboards, storage cupboards, and boxing boilers.
– Bathroom ventilation fan installation with 15 minutes overrun
– Electrical installations, EICR and PAT tests arranged via certified electricians
